Program Highlights

Every off season, the Players Trust holds a fund-raising golf tournament on one of the country’s most picturesque golf courses that attracts a who’s-who list of the game’s biggest stars – past and present.  These events provide sponsors and supporters of the Players Trust with a one-of-a-kind experience that’s unmatched.  Our next golf event takes place at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas on January 15.  But before you hit the course, you’ll have a chance to test your card-playing skills against Major Leaguers when MGM Grand hosts a poker tournament to benefit the Players Trust on January 14. These are truly unique events with approximately 45-50 current and former Major Leaguers golfing and playing poker all for a great cause – helping others in need.  Our current roster for these activities includes Hall of Famers Eddie Murray, Ozzie Smith and Dave Winfield and former and current players such as Adrian Beltre, Bobby Bonilla and Eric Davis, Matt Harvey, Hanley Ramirez, Shane Victorino and LaTroy Hawkins.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot now by calling 888-714-0755 or by e-mailing PlayersTrust@mlbpa.org.
