Program Highlights

During 2013, City Clinics were held in Baltimore, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Puerto Rico. A very special City Clinic benefiting the NY Center for Autism Charter School was held in New York City at the Harlem RBI facilities. Players from both the Pirates and the Mets participated, sharing their skills with autistic youth from all five boroughs of New York City. This City Clinics event signified the culmination of a year’s worth of practice and gave each student’s family the opportunity to experience the joy of watching their child play baseball – a rarity for parents of children with autism.
