Program Highlights

During 2014, City Clinics were held in Cleveland, Denver, Kansas City, Minnesota and San Diego. Also, two very special City Clinics benefiting autistic youth were held at the New York Center for Autism Charter School in New York City and Nashoba Learning Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Players from the Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays participated in the clinic in New York, sharing their skills with autistic youth from all five boroughs of the City, while players from the Red Sox and Blue Jays assisted students from Boston. These City Clinics events provide the students with the opportunity to experience the joy of playing baseball – a rarity for children with autism.
